What counts as valid photo proof?
Photos should clearly show you completing the challenge as described. Follow the proof instructions on each challenge page. Blurry, unrelated, or stock photos will be rejected.
How do I download my certificate?
Once you reach 10, 25, 50, or 100 verified hours, your certificate appears in the app and on your web dashboard. Tap or click Download PDF to save it for college applications.
Is HourQuest free?
Yes — completely free for students. No fees, no subscriptions, ever.
What if my submission is rejected?
You'll receive feedback and can resubmit with improved proof. Email support if you need help understanding the rejection reason.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings in the HourQuest app and tap Delete Account. You can also email support if you need assistance removing your data.
